Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Ohana Circle, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paid subscribers.

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You may create profiles for family members, including children, under your account — you are responsible for their use of the app

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account
• You may not share your account with people outside your family household
• Wolphex Tech reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

• The 14-day free trial gives you full access to all features with no credit card required
• At the end of the trial, you may choose a Monthly ($4.99/mo) or Yearly ($39.99/yr) plan to continue
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we may make exceptions at our discretion — contact support@wolphextech.com

You agree not to:

• Use Ohana Circle for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt other users' accounts or our systems
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app

• Ohana Circle and all its content, branding, and code are owned by Wolphex Tech
• You retain ownership of the data you enter (family names, chores, goals, etc.)
• By using the app, you grant Wolphex Tech a limited license to store and process your data solely to operate the service

• We strive to keep Ohana Circle available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time
• We will provide reasonable notice for any major changes or discontinuation

Wolphex Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ohana Circle. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email or in-app banner for material changes. Continued use of Ohana Circle after changes constitutes acceptance.
